What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods in the Consumer Experience Center
• Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate consumer needs
• Maintain knowledge of AdventHealth service offerings and contact center technologies
• Confirm consumer identity and resolve inquiries accurately and promptly
• Initiate insurance eligibility and scheduling to maximize resource utilization

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a call center OR 2 years' prior experience in a customer service environment
• Demonstrated behavior aligned with AdventHealth's mission, vision, and values
• Critical-thinking skills to resolve consumer inquiries and scheduling conflicts
• Knowledge of healthcare setting focused on patient care

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting focused on patient care
• Associate's degree
