Responsibilities
? Conduct comprehensive content moderation on various platforms according to company policies and guidelines
? Review and assess user-generated content for any signs of offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
? Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries, complaints, and reports regarding content moderation
? Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and guidelines for maintaining a safe and positive online environment
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation
? Provide regular reports on content moderation activities and performance metrics
? Assist in training new team members and ensure a consistent approach to content moderation
? Fluent in Icelandic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Experience in content moderation or a similar role
? Strong understanding of current online trends and user behavior
? Ability to assess and make decisions quickly while maintaining attention to detail
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
