What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within healthcare
• BA/BS or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Full competency in MS Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with healthcare recruiting
• Familiarity with Workday is highly desired
