We are looking for Customer Experience support specialists who will play a vital role in ensuring customers interact positively with the brands. You will be central to our mission of providing exceptional service through personalized and efficient communication across various channels like email, live chat, and social media.

Roles: As a Live Chat Agent, you will handle live chat inquiries on... behalf of businesses, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions. You will receive thorough training on common customer inquiries and the appropriate responses to ensure you are well-prepared to represent our brand effectively.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This is a fully remote position, ideally for candidates based in the United States.

Requirements:

Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently.
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
Availability of 20+ hours per week.
A reliable internet connection.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
