Job Description
? Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
? Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
? Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
? Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they?ve solved a technical issue

Job Requirements
? It is a hosting company so you should have at least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company.
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
? Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years
? English level is at least very good
? Max age is 30
? Sales experience is preferred
? Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or Shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred
? Grads only
? Males and Females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions :

Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm which is work from the office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home
? 2 Days off is fixed but it changes every month
? Hybrid
? Training one month paid
