Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions quickly.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service associates.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
