Customer Service Representative 2nd Shift

Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. This role offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely. Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: ? Provide prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat. ? Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner. ? Utilize Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions. ? Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience. ? Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively. ? Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed. ? Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: ? Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or food service industries. ? Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism. ? Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ? High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service. ? Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
