Responsibilities...
? Develop and manage the disposition strategy for the company's real estate assets
? Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers
? Negotiate sale terms and conditions with buyers
? Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process
? Maintain accurate records of all transactions and associated documents
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to real estate disposition
Qualifications
? A history of success in sales
? Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills
? Must be driven! We?re looking for a motivated individual who is eager to serve and contribute
? Self-motivated with a demonstrated capacity for success
? Outstanding time management and ability to meet deadlines
? Flexible and eager to work some nights and weekends
