Customer Service / Sales Representative (Entry Level) - Flooring Services of Texas

SUMMARY: As a Central Processer, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You'll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Overview Of Your Daily Tasks
? Manage and respond to emails throughout the day
? Answer and handle incoming phone calls
? Run multiple reports as needed
? Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders
? Create detailed work orders, including:
? * Entering material and labor line items
? Typing out precise installation instructions
? Perform regular follow-ups with customers and team members
? Maintain accurate records and databases

? Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
