- Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and confident Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This position will be remote work based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US, with part-time... hours.Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services
- Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns they may have
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Track customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for customer service and building relationships
- Confidence in dealing with challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Benefits:
