? Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
? Assist in onboarding new customers by providing essential guidance and support.
? Identify and report recurring issues or patterns to management.
