- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings via inbound calls
- Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
- Identify customer support needs and either assist directly or forward requests to the appropriate department
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed support
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using a computer for various operations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screening
- Must have high-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/5 mbps upload)
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests effectively
- Familiarity with credit-related services and products
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their concerns
