Marlowe McNabb Machnik is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity, available exclusively for candidates based in the USA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various systems. Responsibilities
? Enter and update data in the company databases and systems efficiently and accurately.
? Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
? Assist in the preparation and sorting of documents for data entry.
? Respond to data inquiries and provide support to internal teams as required.
? Monitor and maintain data entry equipment and software to ensure smooth operations.
? Generate reports and summaries as needed for data analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is an advantage.
? Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
? Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
? Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
