The Opportunity

IBC - Industrial Supply Plus, Inc. is currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Data Input Clerk. This role can be performed remotely or in-office. This entry-level position is a critical part of our operations, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date, accurate, and working efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
? Accurately entering and updating information in the company databases.
? Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
? Processing and managing invoices, spreadsheets, and other documents.
? Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security at all times.
? Communicating effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.

Desired Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves
? Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles is considered a plus.
? Experience with database software.
? Previous experience in a similar data entry role.
? Good data analysis capability for identifying trends and patterns.

Compensation: From $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
