We're offering both direct hire and temp-to-hire opportunities across all shifts in our clean... climate-controlled facility. No direct experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed to succeed.

What You?ll Do
? Build the Future: Assemble frames, bushings, and sub-assemblies for circuit breakers and parts orders according to detailed company specs and work orders.
? Get Technical: Perform basic electrical connections based on diagrams and specs, ensuring everything is prepped for shipment, including applying sealants and packaging securely.
? Master Your Tools: Use a variety of hand and power tools to create high-quality assemblies, following technical drawings, mechanical blueprints, and bills of materials.
? Inspect & Perfect: Inspect subassemblies and assemblies for defects using specialized equipment and correct any issues to ensure top-notch quality.
? Be a Mitsubishi Ambassador: Learn and discuss our Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies, ensuring you understand their importance and impact on your work.

What We?re Looking For
? Mechanical Enthusiast: Whether it?s from work experience or hobbies, you?ve got a knack for using tools and enjoy putting things together.
? High School Graduate: You have a high school diploma or GED, plus at least two years of work experience or equivalent education.
? Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are a plus.
? Safety-Minded: You?re ready to complete the necessary safety training to operate machinery and equipment like forklifts and cranes.
? Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating ladders for various tasks in the role.
