Essential Job Requirements: ? Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days. ? Progress through the RBT Ladder. ? Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately. ? Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care. ? Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions. ? Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence.

What we are looking for:
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? Reliable transportation is required.
? Time management, observation, and analytical skills
? Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
? Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
