Role Description: Entry Level Business Development Associate
? Direct customer acquisition
? Customer relationship management (CRM) software
? Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
? Prepare periodic reports on tracking and monitoring clients and prospects

Role Requirements: Entry Level Business Development Associate ? 4-year degree or relevant work experience ? 1-2 years of experience with communication at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email, and face-to-face highly recommended (but not required) ? Driven, self-motivated professional who has a passion for helping people ? Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member ? A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation, and writing skills
