Entry Level Customer Service Representative Chat Support ? Work from Home

What You Will Be Doing...
Providing exceptional customer service via chat support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
Learning and adhering to program-specific protocols to handle customer requests and complaints efficiently.
Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the service quality and customer satisfaction.
Rate:
$35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Access to a stable internet connection and a device that can handle social media and website chat functionalities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong adherence to the given instructions and procedures.
A minimum availability of 5 hours per week to commit to the role.
Hours per Week:
Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
Location:
Remote work online (United States preferred).
