Requirements
? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
? Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
? Reside in the state of Wisconsin.
? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
? Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
? Existing private practice.
? Medicaid planning is a plus
? Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
