Responsibilities: ? Evaluate speech and language needs, creating customized IEPs for student success. ? Deliver therapy, track progress, and adjust interventions to meet individual goals. ? Work with parents, teachers, and staff to support communication. ? Perform assessments, document progress, and join planning sessions. ? Champion students, train staff, and keep skills current through professional learning.

Qualifications/Benefits:
? Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
? Maryland SLP license required
? Maryland teaching certification preferred
? ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
? 1099 Position
? Hourly Rate: $42+
