Front Desk Agent
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations within the hotel environment.
Duties
? Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
? Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
? Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
? Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using hotel management software.
? Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
? Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
? Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
? Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
? Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by creating a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
? Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
? Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
? Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
? A commitment to providing excellent guest services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
? Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 35 per week
