Requirements: ? English: native ? At least 1 year of practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Analytics (or/and other analytics tools like Hotjar, Triplewhale etc.) ? Strong decision-making and analytical skills ? Aspiring to become one of the top 1% of Marketing Ads experts, with a strong focus on e-commerce

Main Responsibilities: ? Planning and setting realistic expectations with clients ? Communicating with clients and providing weekly reports ? Achieving client goals through agile sprints ? Crafting creative strategies to create high-quality ads that deliver positive ROAS ? Focusing solely on mastering decision-making and creatives within Google/Meta Ads, with support from dedicated teams handling tracking, email marketing, and more ? Staying in trend with latest Google/Meta Ads strategies and sharing them with team ? Catalog, product feed optimization
