Principal Accountabilities
? Responsible for the maintenance, repair, upgrade, and appearance of all Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration and environmental equipment in the facility, using hand tools to perform maintenance on machinery
? Ensuring food safety and quality
? Cleanliness and housekeeping
? Maintenance of electrical and control circuits associated with refrigeration equipment
? Coil and equipment cleaning
? Maintenance of Evaporative Condenser Units
? Repair and maintenance of Freon condenser and evaporator coils
? Repair/Replace fan motors and fan blades
? Install and repair various valves and other components in ammonia systems
? Use math to document changes in the system levels, pressures, etc.
? Use computer to complete data entry
? Maintaining a safe working environment

Required Qualifications
? Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
? Must be 18 years or older
? Ability to work in a cold to warm environment
? Ability to work with a variety of hand tools
? Ability to read, write, and speak English
? Ability to perform basic math
? Must pass a respirator fit test and physical

Preferred Qualifications
? Previous production/maintenance/refrigeration experience
? RETA CARO certification
? Previous Cargill experience
? Previous food manufactoring experience
