**Responsibilities:**
1. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
2. Handle reservations, ticket bookings, and modifications for Disney parks, resorts, and cruises.
3. Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Disney products and offerings to provide exceptional guest service.
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per Disney? standards.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
7. Document all guest interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.

**Requirements:**

**Educational Qualifications:**
