What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Supervise the HCBS Certification Unit, including processing certification applications and conducting audits
• Compile statistical and administrative reports on productivity and time frames
• Assist in the development and administration of rules, policies, and guidelines for OLCR
• Ensure applications are processed and certification is administered in accordance with regulations
• Review and recommend certification actions such as approval, denial, suspension, and revocation
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Three years of responsible Administrative & Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree highly desirable
• Knowledge of Department rules, regulations, and operational procedures
• Skills in leadership, oral and written communication, and data analysis
• Ability to apply and enforce State laws and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience managing home and community-based services
