Your primary focus will be to assist our clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services. This is a freelance position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services

• Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter

• Process customer orders and payments

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
