We are hiring now Mail and chat agents for Dimofinf (Arabic account) :

Job description :
? You are gonna be responsible for handling clients concerns and questions via mails or our system.
? You are gonna sell some of our products to the customers that you handled.
? Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System

Requirements :
? It is a hosting company so you should have at least 1 year technical experience ex orange or WE.
? Expereince as a customer service for at least 2 years
? English level at least very good
? Max age is 30
? Sales experience is preferred
? Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred
? Grads only
? Males and Females are welcomed to apply

Work Conditions :

Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm which is work from office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home
? 2 Days off fixed but it changes every month
? Work from office in Nasr city
? Training one month paid
