Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of forward-thinking solutions, addressing intricate supply chain and logistics challenges.Develop transformative solutions that impact reverse supply chain operations, optimize processes, and amplify the effectiveness of spares, warehousing, decommissioning, and reverse logistics.?Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to create and refine capability roadmaps that outline the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement the proposed solutions.Drive the development of innovative solution designs that leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies to address challenges of the reverse logistics.Provide design integrity leadership through the program life-cycle and implement the business/process changes, and provide thought leadership to identify and implement Supply Chain capabilities.
