Medical Billing A/R Business Analyst - Remote | WFH
Duties
Support and Empower: Assist revenue cycle leaders by addressing their reporting and analytical needs, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across the organization...
Generate Reports: Prepare month-end reports and create ad-hoc reports as needed to ensure comprehensive data availability.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the revenue cycle and recommend changes to optimize efficiency.
Ongoing Analysis: Conduct continuous analysis to pinpoint the root causes of issues and suggest modifications to workflow processes for better performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Background in data analytics or accounting, with a preference for experience in a medical billing environment.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytical and computer skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Medical Billing Knowledge: Strong understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Microsoft Excel Skills: Intermediate proficiency, including experience with pivot tables and formulas.
Trend Analysis: Ability to analyze information to identify trends and anomalies.
Communication: Excellent skills in communication and documentation.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
Focus on Quality: Committed to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
