Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 9AM ? 5:30PM Pacific Time

Key Responsibilities: ? Handle high call volumes and communicate professionally with patients, provider offices, and insurance companies. ? Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures. ? Obtain and verify insurance, demographic, and clinical information. ? Follow compliance and authorization requirements. ? Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications: ? High School diploma or GED. ? 3+ years of medical office experience. ? Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance, scheduling, and medical terminology. ? Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. ? Proven ability to navigate between multiple software systems, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. ? Experience with remote work.
