Tasks

Responsibilities & Tasks
? Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time commitment and you choose when and from where you work).
? Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
? Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Training and scripts are provided)
? Support and coach new business owners in order to be successful
? Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
? Participate in weekly training & development streams for up-skilling via Zoom
? Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
? Attend training calls for further Personal Growth

Requirements

Qualifications: ? At least 6 years of experience working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self-employed ? Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e. g. Facebook, Xing, Linkedin) ? Good communication skills ? Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset) ? Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable and organized ? Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
