• **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a call center or customer service role.
• **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using call center software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
