What You Will Be Doing...

You?ll engage with customers via live chat, assisting with inquiries, providing information about products or services, and resolving any issues they may have.
The role involves multitasking between different databases and chat conversations, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the customer experience and supporting sales through your interactions.
Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

Reliable access to a device with internet capabilities (laptop, phone, or tablet) is essential.
You should be able to work independently, follow instructions closely, and manage your tasks efficiently.
No previous experience in live chat support is necessary ? we?ll provide all the training you need.
Hours per Week: 10+ hours, with flexible scheduling that fits around your family commitments.
