Key Responsibilities
? Design Tailored Learning Plans: Develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
? Lead Engaging Online Sessions: Facilitate both group classes and one-on-one sessions using interactive virtual learning platforms.
? Customize Curriculum Materials: Adapt and modify curriculum resources to ensure they align with each student?s learning goals.
? Assess and Interpret Progress: Administer educational assessments online and analyze results to guide instructional strategies.
? Collaborate for Success: Work closely with families, teachers, and support staff to create a holistic approach to student achievement.
? Track Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of student development, interventions, and outcomes.
? Participate in IEP Meetings: Attend virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and plan future steps.

Qualifications
? Master's degree in Special Education.
? Valid state teaching license with a special education endorsement.
? At least 3 years of experience in special education, preferably in an online environment.
? Proficiency with assistive technology and digital learning tools.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to inspire and engage students in a virtual classroom.
? Flexible and adaptable to the diverse needs of students.
