What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Review medical, dental, PBM, and vision accumulators for discrepancies and correct overages
• Manually update accumulators and manage accumulator transfers
• Update CVS copay coupons accumulators
• Provide backup support to other locations as needed
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school graduation or equivalent (GED)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Experience working in medical insurance companies
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience working with GIAS Claims system
• Excellent judgment and the ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer service principles
