Part-Time Contract MFM Telehealth Position (Remote)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a part-time contract maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) physician (about 10 hours per week) to join Mitera?s growing team. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling. Liability insurance is provided.

Responsibilities: ? Conduct medical records reviews for gestational carrier candidates ? Conduct telehealth appointments with gestational carrier candidates or other patients and gather health and pregnancy history, for screening purposes ? Ensure that patients and/or family understand implications and risks for their pregnancies ? Communicate this information to the patient, intended parents and referring clinician, if required ? Maintain case documentation and prepare detailed summary letters for referring clinicians and partners ? Maintain knowledge of latest relevant medical/scientific literature and standard of care guidelines and effectively communicate this knowledge across the organization and externally to patients and referring providers

Requirements and Qualifications: ? Existing licensure in multiple states preferred ? 2+ years of experience clinical experience post-fellowship preferred ? Strong oral and written communication abilities ? Detail-oriented ? Competent with videoconferencing modalities and electronic medical record keeping
