Requirements:

A degree in psychology or a related field and a valid license to practice therapy are the basic prerequisites for therapists and counselors looking to join the Talkspace team:
? A clinical license that has been approved by a state board is an essential piece of documentation for medical professionals, as it grants them the ability to work independently and legally
? Without proper coverage, a professional can be exposed to significant financial risks
? The submission of a CAQH application that has been meticulously filled out and signed
? Individual NPI number

Compensation:

Pay transparency is highly valued at Talkspace. We ensure that every live session will earn you a remuneration of $67.90 per hour, with prorated rates for shorter sessions. Furthermore, the rates for non-live messaging services may differ from one client to the next.
