Job Description


As a Product Evaluation Analyst at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in assessing and improving our product offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough evaluations of products across various categories, analyze consumer feedback, and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.


Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you gather and interpret data from various sources, including customer reviews, market trends, and competitive analysis. You will develop evaluation frameworks and methodologies to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate your findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


You will also play a key role in identifying product gaps and recommending strategies for product enhancement or development. Collaborating with product managers, you will help prioritize product improvements based on your evaluations and insights. Your ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations will be essential in shaping the future of our product lineup.

Requirements


– Bachelor? degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field


– Proven experience in product evaluation, data analysis, or market research


– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data


– Excellent written and verbal communication skills


– Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)


– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


– Familiarity with e-commerce and consumer behavior is a plus
