Job Description
The Product Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and develop testing protocols for new and existing products. You will be responsible for creating detailed test plans and test cases based on product specifications and business requirements. In this role, you will conduct rigorous testing to identify defects and ensure that all products comply with Amazon? high quality and safety standards.
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and functionality. Your attention to detail will be vital as you analyze test results, document findings, and provide feedback to the development team. You will also participate in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes, ensuring that best practices are followed and that our products consistently meet customer expectations.
In addition to testing, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation related to testing procedures, defect tracking, and quality metrics. You will play a key role in training and mentoring junior QA team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
This position also requires you to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies. Requirements
– Bachelor? degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
– Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
– Proficient in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
– Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
– Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on products
– Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements
– Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
– Maintain and update testing documentation and quality metrics
– Mentor and train junior QA team members in best practices

Educational Qualifications
