What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Discovery tool and data integrations
• Analyze and control hardware/software changes, ensuring data integrity within the CMDB
• Identify and troubleshoot discovery issues, monitoring CMDB health dashboard metrics
• Perform de-duplication tasks related to the management of Configuration Items
• Create and maintain discovery schedules and assist with configuration item updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional or technical experience in program administration or comparable duties
• Additional appropriate education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
• Training or certification related to the position may count towards experience or education substitution
• Experience must not be fully substituted by education or training alone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• One (1) year of ServiceNow administration experience or equivalent
• One (1) year of Discovery experience or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Strong organizational skills
