What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make outbound and receive inbound calls
? Thoroughly examine loan applications through multiple software systems
? Evaluate applicant eligibility for loans
? Create and renew records
? Identify customer needs and explore available options
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Excellent Customer Service skills
? Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
? Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
? Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
? Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
