Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email). ? Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty. ? Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing information on Walgreens products and services. ? Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor's degree preferred). ? Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus. ? Must be comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
