What You Will Do:
? Engage with individuals and families remotely to discuss their insurance needs
? Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and assistance
? Answer client inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have
? Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes
? Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activities

Requirements: ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus ? Proficiency in computer systems and software ? Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment ? Must be self-motivated and reliable ? Must have Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera
