- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via remote channels such as email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with travel-related queries, including booking reservations, itinerary adjustments, and providing destination information
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients to enhance their travel experiences and resolve any issues they may encounter
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues and requests
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
