Responsibilities
? Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
? Interact with and support other departments.
? Work with leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization.
? Identify growth opportunities.
? Provide input into the development and management of customers' accounts.

Skills and qualifications
? Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
? Two plus years of customer service experience preferred.
? Leadership experience preferred.
? Have strong written and oral communication skills.
? Able to manage multiple priorities.
? Ability and desire to work on-site, in person, at a Schneider facility as part of a team.
