What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals
? Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
? Process basic data changes to customer accounts
? Handle signals from various locations and TTY stations
? Work under close supervision during the first 30 days
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
? Proficiency in verification and dispatching of alarms to police/fire agencies
? Knowledge of different types of signals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
? Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and the internet
? Excellent communication and listening skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? One to three months of related experience or training/certification
? Basic knowledge and understanding of VIP accounts and department
