Title: Medical Records Call Center Rep

Pay Rate: $16 an hour

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (assigned 30 minute lunch)

Equipment: Company provides.

Brief List of Job Duties:

Place outbound calls to partnering medical facilities for the purpose of obtaining patient records.

Adhere to HIPAA and company guidelines.

Use call center software to complete account research and update notes.

Requirements:

Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX.

Currently have high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.

Able to type 20 WPM.

Previous customer service and call center experience.

Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.

High School Diploma or GED.
