What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Field customer inquiries by providing innovative responses to various questions and concerns
? Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care and attention
? Deliver excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
? Resolve issues on the first call by taking a proactive approach
? Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
? Must be over 18 years of age
? High School Graduate or GED
? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
? Proven oral and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 6 months of call center experience
? Logical problem-solving skills
? Availability to work various shifts
? Familiarity with Windows operating systems
? Strong organization and work prioritization skills
