Key Responsibilities
? Manage the CEO?s daily commitments, ensuring efficient communication both within the team and across departments.
? Align daily tasks with the organization?s strategic objectives, documenting details, organizing priorities, and distributing action items accordingly.
? Capture and translate the CEO?s innovative ideas into actionable plans, ensuring they align with operational standards and follow through on projects.
? Oversee the CEO?s calendar and email correspondence, coordinating travel logistics and managing all relevant details seamlessly.
? Organize logistics for in-person events, guaranteeing quality and accountability in every planning stage.
