Position Overview

We are in search of a talented Graphic Designer with 3-5+ years of professional experience to enhance our dynamic creative team. This remote, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling designs across various media platforms. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong passion for design, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and will be responsible for producing impactful visual content for both Leafguard and Englert.

Key Responsibilities
? Design and manage visual content across multiple brands, including print, digital, and web-based projects.
? Create and produce engaging short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
? Develop eye-catching assets for organic and paid social media channels, encompassing static images, animations, and video snippets.
? Craft print materials, including direct mail, flyers, and brochures.
? Support website enhancements with digital assets and landing page design.
? Ensure uniformity in visual branding across all marketing materials for Leafguard and Englert.
? Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
? Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve alignment with brand objectives.

Required Skills
? 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and video content creation.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
? Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and layout.
? Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while multitasking effectively.
? Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
? Proven experience with video production and editing for marketing initiatives.
? A robust portfolio showcasing versatile design capabilities across various media.
